Questions

Before you book.

What people ask before they book. Anything else, a person answers.

What is included?

One price for your whole group, all in: your private guide, entry tickets on the Louvre and Versailles visits, and hotel pickup in central Paris on every Paris experience except sunrise. The Opera Garnier is a private visit, per group, all in. Paris sunrise tours include a French breakfast.

How does hotel pickup work?

After you book, Nicole or Emma contacts you personally. On the day, one of them or another of our concierges meets you in your hotel lobby in central Paris and takes you to the venue and your guide: on foot if it is close, otherwise by taxi or metro, or by train to Versailles. Fares are not included. Sunrise tours start at their meeting point, shown when you book.

Can we cancel?

Yes. Each experience has its own terms, shown on its page and again before you pay.

Can you host a larger group?

Yes. Celebrations, family reunions, company trips: tell us your date and how many you are. We arrange larger groups directly, often as two small groups each with its own guide, or quote after-hours access on request.
